This privacy policy explains how Think Apps AI Ltd ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use our Think Blood Pressure mobile application (the "App"). In short: we do not collect any of your data. Your readings and medication stay on your own devices and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud account.

We do not collect, receive, transmit to ourselves, or store any personal data. The App has no accounts, no sign-up, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and it contains no third-party software development kits (SDKs).
We never see your readings, your medication or anything else you enter.
To work, the App stores the information you enter on your device, using Apple's on-device storage. This includes:
The App does not measure your blood pressure. It only stores what you type in.
If you are signed in to iCloud on your device, the App keeps a copy of your information in your private iCloud database using Apple's CloudKit, so it can sync between your devices and be restored on a new device.
This data is held by Apple under your Apple ID and is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy. It is stored in your own iCloud account, not ours, and we cannot access it.
You can stop syncing at any time: in your device's Settings, tap your name, then iCloud, and turn off Think BP (on newer versions of iOS this is under Saved to iCloud › See All). You can delete the copy in iCloud from Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage.
Blood pressure readings and medication details are health information. Because the App never sends this information to us, we do not process it. You stay in control of it at all times.
The App does not currently read from or write to Apple Health. If we add this in future, it will only happen with your permission, and we will update this policy first.
Reminders are scheduled on your device using Apple's local notifications. No reminder information is sent to us or to any server.
Medication reminders show the medication name you entered. If you'd prefer this not to appear on your Lock Screen, change Notifications › Show Previews for Think BP in your device's Settings.
If you turn on the app lock, your device handles the Face ID, Touch ID or passcode check. The App only learns whether the check succeeded. It never receives or stores biometric data.
Reports (PDF, Word, text and CSV) and backup files are created on your device. They are only shared when you choose to share them, for example by email, AirDrop or saving to Files. Once you share a file, how it is handled is up to you and the person or service you shared it with.
The App may occasionally ask whether you'd like to rate it, using Apple's standard rating prompt. Any rating or review is handled by Apple through the App Store.
Your information is protected by your device's built-in security, and by iCloud's encryption if you use iCloud. You can add the optional app lock for extra privacy.
You can delete individual readings and medications in the App. Deleting the App removes its data from your device. To remove the copy in iCloud as well, use the iCloud storage settings described in Section 3.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. In any case, the App does not collect information from anyone.
Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including access, correction and deletion. Because we hold no data about you from the App, you can use these rights directly through the App and your device settings. If you have any questions, please contact us using the details below.
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add new features. Changes will be shown by the "Last Updated" date at the top.
Your use of the Apple App Store and iCloud is subject to Apple's own privacy policy and terms of service.
Please read these terms of use ("Terms") carefully before using the Think Blood Pressure mobile application (the "App") operated by Think Apps AI Ltd.
By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy above. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is a free diary for recording blood pressure readings that you take with your own blood pressure monitor, along with your medication. It offers reminders, charts, reports and a home monitoring check.
The App does not measure blood pressure, diagnose any condition, or recommend or change any treatment. It is not a medical device.
Reference colours and the 7-day check follow published NICE (UK) guidance for home readings. They are general information, not a personal target or diagnosis. Your doctor, nurse or pharmacist may give you different advice, and you should always follow their advice.
Never start, stop or change medication because of something you see in the App without speaking to a healthcare professional. If you feel unwell or think you may be having a medical emergency, call 999 (in the UK) or your local emergency number straight away.
Averages, charts and reports are only as accurate as the readings you enter.
Reminders depend on your device's settings, including notification permissions, Focus modes, Low Power Mode and limits set by iOS. We cannot guarantee that every reminder will be delivered, so please don't rely on the App as your only way of remembering to take medication.
The App is free to download and use. If we offer optional paid features in future, they will be clearly described and processed through the Apple App Store, and these Terms and our Privacy Policy will be updated first.
All content within the App (text, designs, code and icons) is the property of Think Apps AI Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or reverse-engineer the App.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and not to interfere with its functionality or security. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for any reports or backup files you choose to share.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy (see above). Your data is stored on your devices and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud account.
We may update or change the App at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or free from errors.
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App, including decisions made on the basis of information shown in it or reminders that are not delivered. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of England and Wales.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites or services linked from the App or this page.
We may restrict your access to the App for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in full force.
If you continue to use the App after these Terms change, you accept the revised Terms.
