This privacy policy explains how Think Apps AI Ltd ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use our Think Arrows mobile application (the "App"). In short: your progress, settings and photo puzzles stay on your own device. The App has no accounts, no adverts, no analytics and no tracking. The only outside service it uses is RevenueCat, which handles the optional Think Arrows Plus purchase.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location or any other personal details. The App has no sign-up, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. We never see your progress, your photos or the puzzles you make.

The only information that leaves your device is the purchase information described in Section 4.

2. Information the App Stores for You

To work, the App stores the following on your device:

Your progress: the levels you have finished and the stars you earned
Levels you left part-way through, so you can pick up where you left off
Puzzles you made from your photos: the small pixel picture and the name you gave it
Whether you own Think Arrows Plus
App preferences, such as sound on or off and whether the board is locked

This information may be included in your device's own backups (iCloud or Google), which are covered by Apple's or Google's privacy policies.

3. Photos and Camera

When you make a puzzle from a photo, you either take a new photo with the camera or choose one with your phone's photo picker, so the App only receives the photo you pick. It cannot see the rest of your photo library. The App asks for permission before it uses the camera or your photos, and you can change this at any time in your device's settings.

The photo is turned into a pixel picture on your device. Your photos are never sent to us or to anyone else, and the App keeps only the small pixel picture, not the photo itself.

4. Purchases

Think Arrows Plus is an optional one-off purchase. Payment is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never see your payment details.

To check whether you own Think Arrows Plus and to let you restore it, the App uses RevenueCat, a purchase management service, as our service provider. Each time the App starts, and when you buy or restore, RevenueCat receives:

A random identifier that the App creates, which is not linked to your name, Apple ID or Google account
Your purchase history for the App, as reported by the App Store or Google Play
Basic technical details, such as your device's operating system version, the App's version, your country or region, and your device's network (IP) address

This information is used only to provide your purchase. It is not used for advertising or tracking, and we do not sell or share it. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

5. Links

The App contains a link to our website. It opens in your web browser, and our website is covered by its own privacy information.

6. Data Storage, Security and Deletion

Your information on your device is protected by your device's built-in security.

You can delete puzzles you made in the App. Deleting the App removes all of its data from your device. Your Think Arrows Plus purchase stays with your Apple ID or Google account, and you can restore it if you reinstall.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for all ages but is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the App collects no personal details from anyone.

8. Your Rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including access, correction and deletion. We do not hold any information that identifies you. If you have any questions, or would like the purchase information held by RevenueCat deleted, please contact us using the details below.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add new features. Changes will be shown by the "Last Updated" date at the top.

10. App Store Compliance

Your use of the Apple App Store and Google Play is subject to Apple's and Google's own privacy policies and terms of service.

Please read these terms of use ("Terms") carefully before using the Think Arrows mobile application (the "App") operated by Think Apps AI Ltd.

By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy above. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

The App is a puzzle game. You clear arrows from a board to reveal a pixel picture, across levels of increasing difficulty. You can also turn your own photos into puzzles.

2. Think Arrows Plus

The App is free to download and includes free levels. Think Arrows Plus is an optional one-off purchase that unlocks bonus levels and unlimited puzzles from your own photos. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges. The price is shown in the App before you buy.

Payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, under their terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.

Think Arrows Plus is linked to the Apple ID or Google account you bought it with. You can restore it on other devices signed in to the same account using Restore purchase in the App.

We may add to, change or improve the levels included in the App and in Think Arrows Plus over time.

3. Your Photos

You keep all rights to your photos. You must have the right to use any photo you turn into a puzzle.

4. Pictures and Credits

Some pictures in the App are adapted from Twemoji, licensed under CC-BY 4.0. The other pictures are original art made for the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App itself (its text, designs, code, levels, pictures and icons, other than the Twemoji pictures credited above) is the property of Think Apps AI Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or reverse-engineer the App.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and not to interfere with its functionality or security.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy (see above). Your progress and puzzles are stored on your device.

8. Availability and Updates

We may update or change the App at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or free from errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of England and Wales, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites or services linked from the App or this page.

12. Termination

We may restrict your access to the App for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.

13. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in full force.

14. Changes to These Terms

If you continue to use the App after these Terms change, you accept the revised Terms.
